- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Berman is a great dentist! I have been going to him for years. His office staff is absolutely the worst. Verified my appointment time to arrive 15 minutes early to be told my appointment was at a different time then what they had verified. Was then told I would have to wait the three our difference to see if there was even a chance the Dr could help me. I have no insurance, so apparently that means I want to be treated like trash and talked to like a toddler. The front staffer just kept repeating the price of a cap (about $100 more than every other office I called after I stormed out of there) like I don't know how money works. Clearly I know it isn't free. I prepared for that. Will never go back, even though I have been a patient since baby teeth.February 11, 2017by Stephanie Winters
